i have been here for two weeks on thursday and it's still feel lost a lot of the time and it still occassionally strikes me that wow i am living in europe, but mostly i feel like i'm settling in pretty well and am very happy with my choice to come to edinburgh. i went around being tourist-y and taking photos last week. here are some that are the best.

i have been in edinburgh since friday morning. it is always raining, but i still like it very much. my flat mates are really nice and they have cooked the past few days, which was nice seeing as i don't know how to cook. nothing exciting has really happened and i haven't had a chance to really walk around and take tourist pictures so this is all i have for now. it is a 10 pack of cigarettes which costs as much as a full pack in the states. perhaps quitting.
